Hello, I'm Geoff Bone and I have founded this company with my friend and colleague Jordon because I feel that there is something lacking in most companies within the security industry, and I intend to create a professional service that rises above the rest and delivers the service the client wants and deserves.
I served in the police for 8 years and in that time I experienced a lot of the best and worst that society has to offer. I served in high pressure, fast paced work environments, with a huge weight of responsibility that I carried as my own. I learned a great deal about criminals, their patterns and behaviours, and how to counter them, and I am using these skills and knowledge to transfer over to the security industry to allow me to help my clients and their assets to be safe.
It is important to me that this company is a people focused one, and not just a company that focuses on the next contract and
on the stats. I firmly believe that if you look after your colleagues, and treat them with kindness and respect, then you will build a strong team that is willing to go the extra mile and be a part of something better.

I’m Jordon Hawkins, the co-founder of this business and a security professional with a background built on discipline, accountability, and real-world experience. I served seven years in the Army, including operational experience in high-pressure and combat environments, where decision-making, teamwork, and resilience were critical every day.
Following my military service, I spent six years working within a forensic medium secure unit. This role further developed my understanding of risk management, conflict de-escalation, behavioural awareness, and the importance of maintaining safety while treating people with professionalism and respect. Alongside this, I have built extensive experience within the security sector, applying these skills to protect people, property, and assets to the highest standard.
My goal is to build a professional, reliable security business where standards are uncompromising and people come first—both our clients and our staff. I strongly believe that well-supported, well-trained personnel are the foundation of effective security.
I am also a committed advocate for men’s mental health. Having seen first-hand the pressures faced in the military, healthcare, and security industries, I believe mental wellbeing is just as important as physical readiness. Creating a culture where support, openness, and respect are encouraged is a core value of this business.
